Hi, we are the Kraus'!

Brittany, comes with knowledge and experience as a floral designer, small business owner, and recently left a position at a wedding venue to pursue a new work/life balance that works better for her family!

Tim, is a Farmer first but has always enjoyed woodworking in between seasons of planting and harvest. Growing up on a farm taught him many skills and provided many opportunities to learn new things. 

​

Together, we created  "K Events"  because we find joy in making other people happy and spreading positivity. In the event industry - we get to do just that! We are so grateful that we found a way to cultivate our creativity that makes an impact while also adding another stream of income for our family.

We are proud parents to three boys and a German Shepherd. (Yep, the dog is a boy too!) We have spent over the last decade building this life together while juggling farming, business and family. It’s not always easy but we make a great team! 

We are finding our own version of success through trial and error, with our ability to keep pushing through each obstacle and never giving up. Before Covid, we owned a brick and mortar flower shop in our small town. Owning and closing a business through a pandemic was one of the hardest things we have done. We had to make several changes and at times had to put business on the back burner while we tended to our children’s ever-changing academics that the pandemic brought on as well. Closing the shop lead us to so much growth and we are ready to utilize our time and talent to help create lasting memories.

 We feel so incredibly lucky that we get to use some of Earth’s most beautiful gifts and our own two hands to inspire people daily and be apart of life's most important events!
